I double click the setup icon and it immediately asks for a password. I'm so confused. Why is it doing that? I have no clue what to type in that box.

The product is on a shareware/commercial license which means you will have to buy it and the developer will email you a download link for the full version including the password as well.
This is actually specified on the Downloads page:
If your client birthday software does not install on your computer for any reason we will email a replacement program if your program is currently supported. To inquire into replacement software, please contact Spectrum Unlimited LLC. Spectrum Unlimited LLC will need to verify your order history before emailing a replacement program link and password.

I've tried to obtain the password through Google, but it's not publicly available. Contact the developers in order to get it.
